Bio

Caroline Osse is a creative operations professional with over ten years of experience across coasts and industries. As a project manager at Peacock, she leads a team to improve scalability, efficiency, and sustainability of the social team's operations, including managing a multi-million dollar production budget and enhancing tools and programs to automate production tasks.

Previously, Caroline was a senior producer at Home Brew Agency, where she produced award-winning social media campaigns for theatrical, PVOD, and home entertainment films, including Yesterday, SCOOB!, and Us, and streaming titles such as The Animaniacs. Other notable campaigns include Zack Snyder's Justice League, Nobody, Bad Boys For Life, The Invisible Man, The Lord of the Rings 4K Release, and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. She has worked with high-profile studios and streaming clients across the industry, including HBO Max, Hulu, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, and Focus Features.

Before pivoting to entertainment, Caroline was a social media manager in higher education, working at New York University to build digital production workflows and shape an award-winning team. She also produced academic events, consulted departments on digital brand strategies, and launched the University's first student-facing social media brand.

While working at her alma mater, Caroline attended graduate classes at nights and on weekends to earn her MBA from NYU in 2018. In her coursework, she formalized her marketing and strategy education while also learning data analysis through hands-on training in Tableau, R, SQL, and Python. Her courses also explored data mining, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to build actionable insight from data-driven business strategies.

Caroline earned her Bachelor's degree from NYU in metropolitan studies and Asian/Pacific/American studies, and studied abroad in Italy and China as an undergraduate. She's spent time across coasts in both New York City and Los Angeles, and currently resides in New Jersey.
