New York University
Office of Student UX, Technology, and Engagement
In 2012, New York University lacked a strong social media presence. As an undergraduate student, Caroline joined an internship program with the newly-created Office of Interactive Media (now the Office of Student UX, Technology, and Engagement) to change that. Within six months, she helped launch the University's first student-facing social media brand, built its branded content strategy, and implemented content production workflows for a student-run team.
After graduating in 2013, she was hired at the department to serve as managing editor to the brand that had grown to over 50k followers; she also handled hiring and managing a dozen student creators, produced digital content including videos and statics, and oversaw brand strategy.
